Orange Pesto Roasted Branzino

Ingredients
2 whole branzino (about 1 1/2 pounds each), gutted, fins removed and scaled
1 cup prepared pesto, divided
1 medium blood or navel orange, thinly sliced crosswise
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°; line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. Place branzino on prepared pan; brush inside cavities with 1/2 cup pesto. Brush outside of branzino with remaining 1/2 cup pesto; top with orange slices.
2. Roast branzino 20 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°
